Dackermue Dolo is an accomplished research and monitoring expert with extensive experience in data analysis, program evaluation, and policy engagement. He holds an MSc in Applied Economics and Statistics from the African School of Economics, as well as certificates in Monitoring and Evaluation, Data Research, and International Development from prestigious institutions like Harvard CID and J-PAL Africa. Dolo has led various projects in Liberia, providing key insights to governmental bodies, non-profits, and international organizations.
Throughout his career, Dolo has managed complex projects that leverage data to drive social change. As a Research Associate at Innovations for Poverty Action, he oversaw field activities and ensured data quality on projects like the Girl Empower and Partnership School for Liberia. As a consultant at the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Proection, he manages the Liberia’s Social Cash Transfer Program, directly influencing policy implementations. Most recently, he served as the Research & Monitoring and Learning Manager at the Network for Empowerment and Progressive Initiative, where he developed robust monitoring systems and drove learning initiatives to enhance impact.
Dolo co-founded the Research and Innovations Hub to further his mission of fostering impactful research and policy innovations in Liberia and beyond. As a Team Leader at the Research and Innovations Hub with key focus on policy and research, he brings a wealth of expertise in strategic project planning, research, monitoring and evaluation, and statistical analysis, and remains passionate about leveraging data for social progress.
